Notes: I consider myself an advanced knitter at this point... Some times I still struggle with figuring out a pattern, but for the most part I am quite experienced. So, it is a little odd that I have never made a pair of mittens. This was my very first attempt. They were meant to be a Christmas gift, but obviously they are a bit late! Still, late is better than never. I think they came out pretty well, but the thumbs do not fit all that well. They're wearable, but next time I need to make the thumbs longer I think. They also seem a bit big. I hope they fit my mom!
